When the question is still routine self-serve trial posture

A start-now question is still more routine when your team is deciding how to begin evaluation, clarifying ordinary setup expectations, or resolving early uncertainty that does not yet change the real decision boundary.

Routine self-serve posture should still stay documented clearly, but it does not automatically mean the church has crossed into a high-consequence onboarding case.

When guided review is the safer move

Move into guided review when migration complexity, stakeholder consequence, or early-path ambiguity now changes whether self-serve trialing is still the safest move.

At that point broad encouragement is not enough, because the issue is no longer simple early friction but a start-path decision with real consequence.
