What to include in a follow-up
A strong follow-up should state what changed, what remains blocked, and what new signal support should notice now.
That may be a newly observed consequence, a clearer reproduction detail, a route correction, or a narrower explanation of why the issue still matters.
What not to restart from zero
You usually do not need to retell the whole story if the routed path already exists and the main context has not changed.
The goal is to move the issue forward with cleaner signal, not to create a second noisy intake inside the follow-up itself.
